Getting to University Circle and the Cultural Gardens is easy from any part of town! And since our event is all about sustainable living, we encourage you to leave your car at home and come via bike, rapid, or bus. That way, you can start your Walk+Roll adventure right outside your own front door! Ride a BikeThe Lakefront Bikeway crosses at the northern end of Walk+Roll. You can easily ride from places like Lakewood, downtown Cleveland, Bratenahl, Collinwood and Euclid. It's closer than you think and you will be glad you have a bike when you get here. Take The RapidRTAs Rapid Transit has two stops in the University Circle area. Bring your bike on the Rapid and you'll have wheels when you get to Walk+Roll! The Red Line goes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport through West Park, Lakewood, Ohio City and downtown Cleveland on its way to University Circle. It's an easy ride, so leave your car and the hassles of driving at home. The Blue Line and Green Line go from lots of neighborhoods on the east and southeast side through downtown and then up to Lake Erie. If you are on foot, transfer to the Red Line at Tower City to University Circle. If you have your bicycle, get off at the North Coast Harbor stop by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and take the Lakefront Bikeway. You'll enjoy a great ride along the Lake Erie shore and be at Walk+Roll quicker than you would guess.

Numerous bus routes cross through Walk + Roll on the bridges that are elevated above Rockefeller Park. Any route that uses St Clair, Superior or Euclid Avenues should get you to Walk+Roll. All RTA buses have bicycle racks on the front and can carry two bicycles. Loading your bike is easier than you think. Drive if you must |
